The Three Most Popular Stop-Smoking Methods—and Why They Fail
Nicotine Replacement Therapy:
It's a dirty road-to-nowhere that many desperate smokers have taken. Gum, that tastes terrible. Patches, those are painful to remove and leave a sticky mess, which is almost impossible to wash off. And.. the physical side effects such as mood swings, severe nightmares and heart palpitations. Plus, nicotine replacement therapies are slow, lengthy procedures—continuously pumping your body full of the very poison that you are trying to escape—and can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars. And they don't work! Independent studies have repeatedly shown that, because the physical addiction is often weak and isn't what prevents most smokers from quitting successfully, nicotine replacement is not effective.
“Weaning”:
This means gradually reducing your cigarette intake each day until you become smoke-free. But this kind of controlled decrement is extremely difficult to maintain, even for the strongest-willed individuals. As a result, this option for quitting smoking has the highest failure rate.
Cold Turkey:
This is arguably the ideal choice of the most commonly used methods because it is completely nicotine-free right from commencement. Unfortunately, it does nothing to address the powerful cravings and overwhelming void left once cigarettes have been removed from your life. Going cold turkey is hard at the best of times—when high volumes of stress or environmental temptation are added to the situation, it becomes nearly impossible.
Hypnosis is the Key to Natural, Healthy Smoke Free Lifestyle.
All your thoughts and actions are governed by two aspects of your brain: your conscious and your subconscious. Consciously, you don't want to be a smoker. You know it can cause severe health problems and premature death. You don’t like the stained teeth and fingernails, the bad breath, the dulled sense of smell and taste, and the odour that comes along with the habit. You want to quit smoking; you have enough, so you use will power. Using will power simply means forcing your conscious mind to change a habit and usually it only brings short term results.
Unfortunately, your subconscious holds ideas and beliefs, too. And it is these ideas—which you may not be aware of—that perpetuate your desire to smoke. Hypnosis can be very powerful in aligning your conscious and subconscious minds and discovering the belief and patterns that subconscious mind holds. The subconscious mind holds the key to long lasting results that you have been longing for. It is our subconscious mind that holds our patterns, our motivations, our imagination and our behaviours.
Hypnosis works by accessing your subconscious mind through mind relaxation, guided imagery or positive suggestions. Your hypnotherapist will address your subconscious motives and, through the use of positive, motivational suggestions, invoke new ideas that support a healthy, smoke-free lifestyle. My sessions are client centered and I use various, powerful techniques one of which is Parts Therapy.
We have to remember that subconscious mind is not rational and it does not take into consideration that cigarette are not good for our health. It simply operates on our believe system, in case smoking, believes coming mostly from the time when we were teenager, when we wanted to be accepted, or needed impressed somebody or we were looking for being safe with our new friends.
Hypnosis is the key to the safest and fastest way to access subconscious mind and to realign it with our conscious desires. Using hypnosis we can easily access the old patterning, programing, release it and change it for new, positive and healthy one. You were born a non-smoker, and as you reconnect with your former mindset, you will discover that your desire for cigarettes fades into the past—just as though you had never been a smoker in the first place.

TESTIMONIALS:
I met Agnieszka about 4 months ago and had some reservations about using her Hypnotherapy to help me stop smoking. I have tried everything including laser, acupuncture, Champex prescriptions. Nothing seemed to work for more than maybe a few days. I am now smoke free for almost 2 months and feel fantastic. I have been given some tools to use in case I get a bad craving that helps take them away. I would recommend anyone looking for help to stop smoking, lose weight, or just feel better about their lives to contact Agnieszka about her services. She is amazing.
Scott Berg.
